Nicole Condit Duncan is a global business consultant focused on helping small and medium size businesses accelerate their growth. Her background is in developing business strategies in rapidly changing markets especially on moving from product to service based business models. She has developed and implemented plans that include organic and acquisition growth strategies with experience in negotiating joint ventures and acquisitions. Previously, Nicole worked for AT&T Solutions and ANS, a division of AOL, where she had responsibility for defining global strategy for supply chain solutions, creating offers for electronic exchanges, and managing investment strategy for new business opportunities and partnerships. She worked with partners in Europe, Japan, and Hong Kong as well as the United States.
Before moving into the technology sector, Nicole worked for PACCAR where she designed and implemented the first automatic replenishment system for dealers and worked on process redesign projects to improve the efficiency of the business. She began her career at the State of Washington Efficiency Commission where she consulted to government agencies on process re-engineeringNicole holds an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and a B.A. from Colorado College. She completed the Executive Program and Team Certificate Program at the University of Washington. She is a keen amateur photographer and travel blogger with tips for traveling the world with children.
